EXHIBITS

William Curtis' artwork has been extensively displayed in the greater St. Louis, MO metropolitan area, both alongside other talented artists and as a "one man" show. Highlights include:

During the 1960’s while serving in the military in Europe, Curtis exhibited his work in Paris, France and Germany.  When he returned to the United States, his work was exhibited in cities across the country including Chicago, Kansas City, Alabama, North Carolina, Atlanta, and St. Louis.

Over the last two decades, Curtis has completed three extensive series: "The Daughters of Hue" (18 oil paintings and drawings); "Life Images in Senegal" (17 paintings and 6 drawings); and "Purple Hearts: A Tribute to Tuskegee Airmen" (murals), consisting of 18 oil paintings and several watercolors.
